Hi @Spangleystar and @DuncanB I want to look at it from a slightly different perspective.
I think all threads on our forum should feel an open, welcoming space for anyone to join, post, offer words and participate to the level they want, when they want and when they might need to.
But I will go with the flow.

Thank you @Erica I agree with everything you have said. I am not in a good place at the moment so I would prefer not to feel under any pressure regarding choosing words for next week. Like you @Spangleystar I definitely want to keep this and indeed all threads flowing but definitely don’t want anyone to feel pressurised as @Erica says.
I know that I have found the forum a great resource in the short time I’ve been on it.
Was even talking about it and this thread to one of the staff at Maggies Highland yesterday when down for an appointment at Raigmore Hospital
