So a couple years ago it was found I have high platelets over 500. This was found for a blood test to check my thyroid. I was told I have graves and an over active thyroid as well. After a year ish of treatment for the thyroid I came off the pills. My platelet count still high. I have bone marrow and lots of test. Bone marrow came back as suggestive . I take aspirin daily. So for a year nothing has been done for the platelets apart from another blood test due in Sep 2025 time to check. My thyroid levels as possibly reverting the wrong way again but I am being monitored for this. Why are my platelets high?
