My arm is OK’ish, thanks, @helenfwallace, mobility is good, it’s sudden movements it complaints of. I am doing exercises and can weight bear fine, time is a great healer as my mother would have said!!!

Your chose of words is very appropriate. I currently waiting with my husband at the L&D hospital for his liver scan.
I hope you don’t have too many substitutions. I tried Asda and two weeks running I got 7 substitutes… I wasn’t very impressed. This week I forgot to do the food order, so it will now be coming on Saturday instead of Friday.

Great choices @helenfwallace, I nearly chose both of them.
Only 2 substitutes bread rolls, absolutely fine, ice cream which was not what I wanted.
