Thank you @Erica. I really like your choices too. Willow x
Hi @Jules
I am jealous. I cannot grow carrots for love or money in my garden. I have had several attempts. Usually they are devoured completely by slugs!
Yours look lovely,
Helen
Hi @CaroleCW, apologies for being late this week. Hope you enjoyed your holiday, I have had some lovely holidays there.
For SUNSHINE:
and for WALK
Best wishes

Having a medical day today - went for physio on my ankle (as broke it some months ago) and then my flu jab, so I’m suggesting the words Leg and Arm for this week.
Hot Legs by Rod Stewart
Take me in your Arms/Rock me Baby by George McCrae (I love this song!)
Thank you @CaroleCW. I hope the physio helps and your arm isn’t too sore. All I can come up with so far is the beautiful song by Sarah McLachlan, IN THE ARMS OF AN ANGEL. Warm wishes, Willow x
Oh @Willow what a poignant song, lovely.

Thanks for the words @CaroleCW and sorry to hear about the physio on your ankle and I also have had a medical day I have booked my flu and Covid vaccines and we are ‘brothers in arms’ as I had a fall at the beginning of June and at last got it checked out this week (I know I should have gone at the time) and I had broken my arm (humerous) up by the shoulder joint. It has healed a bit askew but solution would be a new shoulder joint which might be worse and I have been offered phsio too.
Chocolate legs are what my legs feel like when I am fatigued

ARMS - Dire Straits - Brothers in arms - Dire Straits - Brothers In Arms (Official Music Video) - YouTube
Glad your med bits over for today eh!

Ooops same as Erica I may find another arm one
@Willow ooh I love that song , thanks for reminding me of it. Arm is doing fine thanks
@Erica oh no Erica , that’s a long time to be walking round with a broken arm/shoulder. Good luck on deciding between surgery and physio (my physio has been a real help to me , would highly recommend it). Planning to book my Covid jab on Monday when the NHS online booking opens (England), as hoping some local pharmacies may have some earlier slots than my GP (end Oct). Have a good weekend.
Oh @Erica! I am so sorry to hear about your arm. You must have a high pain tolerance to have coped all this time with a break in your arm. I hope the physio helps and you aren’t in too much pain. Please take extra care of yourself. Thinking of you, Willow x
Got it:
( I don’t think the lyics mention legs, but ‘the Old Man’ in the chorus was an abolitionist preacher called Peg-Leg Joe…)
Can I start things off this week. Might I suggest FRIDAY and FAMILY. Today is Friday, and on Sunday we are going to a family gathering in Hove.
