It’s being a beautiful few days where I am and it feels almost spring like now.
So two words I’m suggesting are
SUN and CHANGE

For Sun I’m going for Sunshine Through My Window by Gabrielle
And for Change I’ll go for Changes by David Bowie

Mine are Stevie Wonder’s ‘ You Are the Sunshine of My Life’ I used to sing it as a lullaby to my youngest who turns 13 today, so hits differently 
My choice for change is ‘Everybody’s Changing’ by Keane. Even though it’s written about that transitional period when you’re jn your 20s-30s, it feels personal and pertinent to me right now and it reminds me that the impacts change everyone involved in your pre and post diagnosis life.

My song choice for the day is an album track by Mariah Carey. She sings it as of course a female to the lyrics reflect this, but the lyrics can easily be changed from she to he or her to him as it where.

Better late than never (well I’ll let you be the judge of that with my choices!)
For Sun I’ve gone with Land of Sunshine by Faith No More. I remember listening to this song when I got this album and being absolutely blown away.
For Change I’ve gone with Changes by Black Sabbath. Grew up listening to Black Sabbath and saw them multiples times (including with my pals Faith No More) and they never disappointed. All the more poignant now Ozzy has died.
