Easy bruising on legs and gums bleeding

I’m a 30f and over the past 4 months I have noticed that my gums bleed a little when I brush my teeth and I am getting bruised easily on my legs (only my legs and butt). My hands also tend to be very cold and I have been struggling with fatigue. I fell during my marathon and got banged up but no bruises. I never have bruises on anywhere except my butt and legs. This change has coincided with my third marathon training. I was taking a baby aspirin during my training around 2 times a week, but have since stopped. The marathon was a little over a month ago. I do tend to brush my teeth rough and have to switch out my toothbrushes often due to how they get worn down. The bruises can always be traced back to bumping up against something but it seems like it’s happening super easily. I have a hx of an iron deficiency in my teens but that’s been a long time since I’ve struggled with that. There is also a hx of antiphospholipid syndrome in a lot of the women in my family but I have tested negative for it in the past. I have a doctor’s appointment in a month for my annual physical but it’s starting to really freak me out.

Hi @seaseries welcome to our forum
Perhaps you might benefit from writing down all your fears, medical and family history, questions and practicalities.
Also your symptoms, your training routine, dietary changes, the fact that you are taking a baby aspirin twice a week, your dental routine etc, etc.
Perhaps your doctors appointment in a months time is for your annual physical.
Therefore you might consider a separate appointment for what you have posted about.
Please be kind and look after yourself and let us know how you get on
