I think it is fairly easy to find sponsorship for the first fundraiser I do, but please can anyone help with tips on how to get sponsorship for subsequent fundraisers without relying on family and friends?

Hi @Erica This is something that I encountered early on, as I have not worked since I became ill, and family either have families of their own needing sponsorship, or are pensioners with grandchildren, nephews, nieces etc asking for sponsorship. I did two activities, and then for a special birthday asked for money instead of presents. I now help out at a couple of activities a year, buy my Christmas cards through the Bloodwise shop, occasionally donate or sponsor and support others events. I think we all support Bloodwise in the ways that are available to us. Some are more able to do fundraising activities and others give time. All are equally valid
