Hi everyone just joined here today. Ive been feeling under the weather for around three weeks now, no appetite, on and off temperatures, occasionally being sick and very fatigued. Ive also had neck pain for this time, last night i was feeling my neck and found a lump. Its just a bit bigger then a pea size, im very concerned about this as i also struggle with health anxiety. I managed to get a GP appointment for wednesday the 8th. Trying not to worry or think about it.

Hello @grace.molls24
Thank you for your post & welcome to our forum!
We do hope you are doing okay, we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing some symptoms and you are absolutely doing the correct thing by getting checked out. We would always advise any changes in your health or concerns to get checked out by a healthcare team which it sounds like you have done.
Sometimes it is worth mentioning that it is a blood cancer that you are worried about so that doctors can complete the relevant tests.
Lymphnodes can be raised for numerous reasons and having an infection can cause these to be raised, they may continue to go up and down for several weeks post an infection too, but as mentioned any concerns are best raised with your GP.
We hope your appointment went well.
If you would like to talk through anything with one of our support nurses please do get in touch on 0808 2080 888.
Take care,
Emma (Support services nurse)
