Ha I nearly shared that Talking Heads song too @PollyVera, great minds… Thankfully my other half knows the Santa Cruz mountain roads very well, while I’m planning the hikes and pit stops :mountain::evergreen_tree::blue_car:

Hi @Duncan and all.
I thought of these words yesterday on my walk, on the appointed day, but the day ran away from me somewhere, I don’t know where.
My words are:

THIS WEEK

My thoughts are:
LAST WEEK - The Doors - Riders on the storm - The Doors - Riders on the Storm (Official Audio)
THIS WEEK - The Hollies - Bus Stop - The Hollies - Bus Stop [Lyrics] [1080p] [HD]

Hello,

I have been absent for a while and thought I would check in to see how everyone is doing? For me, there has been a blib in the watch and wait blood tests for Monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance (MGUS) so am having a three month repeat next month. I have now have a new diagnosis of Hyperparathyroidism to contend with. On the plus side I have just had a two year follow up DEXA scan which shows a little improvement in the osteoporosis. Is the Friday Juke Box still going?

Hi @helenfwallace gosh you have had a lot going on.
I cannot imagine how you have been feeling.
Friday Jukebox is still going, thank goodness, but has been more spasmodic of late.
Also I don’t like to keep leaping on with the words.
Any words always welcome!!!
Really be very kind to yourself and it is good to have you back.
